Prospective participants are invited to submit a one-page abstract
starting November 1, 2016, with a final deadline of February 15, 2017.
Authors will be notified of paper acceptance by March 1, 2017.
- All abstracts should be prepared using the
Word template that can be downloaded here.
Be sure to follow length and formatting instructions given in the template.
Only abstracts saved as a doc or docx will be
accepted by the online system.
- Note:If you created a user profile for the Crete15 conference, you should use the
same email address and password to access the Crete17 online submission and
registration sites as a returning user. After login, you can change any
outdated information via the Update Profile tab. If you are a new user, you
must create a user profile. You will then receive an email with your login
credentials.
- After
login, follow the instructions to submit a new abstract. After clicking on
Submit Abstract, you will be given the option to add co-authors into the
system. Note that this is not required, since all authors should already be
listed in the abstract and entering the required information online could be
very burdensome if there are many co-authors. However if you are not going to
make the presentation yourself, you must enter the presenting co-author's
information and designate him/her as the Primary Presenter. You and/or the
primary presenter may make revisions to the abstract by revisiting the site
at any time up until the submission deadline. If other co-authors have been
entered into the system, they will have read-only privileges.
- When
you are ready to begin your submission, click here to go to the
submission site.
- If you have any questions
or encounter problems getting to the site, logging in, or using the online
form, please contact us at abstracts17@creteconf.org for assistance.
